Where is my return?

You can easily track customer account returns!Go to the “My Order” section of the “My Account” category, then select the order returned.This will allow you to track your package.If you need more details about their route, click the carrier’s trace link.

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you of the address provided at the time of your order.

If you do not have a customer account, you can track deliveries through the “Track my Orders” section of the website.Enter your order number, your email address and zip code for access.

 Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?

a. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised. For the return under this condition we will pay the return shipping fee.

If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.

b. If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it back, the postage needs to be borne by you.
